DELIVERY TIME
For Canadian and American customers your total delivery time is our processing (24 -48 hrs) plus shipping time . Most orders ship within a day but can take up to 4 days when hit with unexpected higher volume. This does not include weekends or holidays when we are closed. During holiday seasons October to December, expect 2 to 5 days to process standard orders. Please note that orders submitted after 12pm may not be processed the same day. *Guaranteed by shipping company only for orders placed by 10 am pst. Shipping company does not count the day the package is shipped or weekends as a shipping day. **They do not guarantee any transit time during the 3 weeks surrounding Christmas. They are closed on major holidays and the Friday after Thanksgiving – these days are not included in shipping time. Also not these delivery times do not include processing times.

Because our products do not contain chemical preservatives we prefer to ship quickly to avoid extreme temperature changes.

You will be responsible for any National taxes/duties ,a fuel surtax (usually about 2%) and brokerage fees paid directly to Fedex upon receipt of the products.
We urge international customers to get together with friends to make their Sappho orders to save on shipping costs, excess packaging and most importantly fuel use. It is relatively inexpensive 8-9 USD to have the order shipped through the mail system . It takes approximately 10 days and does not have a tracking no. but it is much less expensive and is well worth the wait!

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
We send all of our orders with tracking to ensure that their arrival is traceable and confirmed (unless specified by the sender that tracking is not necessary ie orders through Canadian Post to Britain) . If you do not receive your order and we can not track its arrival to your shipping address via FedEx we will gladly send you another shipment at no additional cost to ensure you receive your order. If the tracking for your order has been confirmed by FedEx as being delivered to the address you provided for shipping purposes we will not replace/reship the package at no additional cost. If the order does not have a tracking number and is lost Sappho Cosmetics will not be responsible for replacing the order. No exceptions.
NOTE:
Sappho Cosmetics cannot be responsible for damage caused by the shipping company and will not reship your order overnight because you are in a hurry when the damage was caused by the freight company. Although care is taken with shipping, sometimes packages can still manage to get damaged during transport. We will reship once we receive a damage claim from the carrier but only via the method that was originally requested on the original order.
INCORRECT SHIPPING
All returned and/or errors made on orders will be handled in a timely manner.
If the customer refuses their shipment, the order is considered a non authorized return. All shipping on orders is non-refundable.
If you place an order via online, you automatically accept all these terms in this Policy section.
