We offer fast shipping methods to ensure that our Natural Mineral Cosmetics aren’t affected by extreme temperatures during transport.
Because our Makeup and Products are Chemical Free the consistency may not be what you are accustomed to seeing. Please shake all Mineral liquid foundations thoroughly before each use.
Our shipping methods all have tracking numbers so if the shipper shows the package was delivered, Sappho takes no responsibility for undelivered packages marked delivered by the shipper.
EXCHANGE
If Sappho Cosmetics has made an error and delivered the wrong product to you, please contact Customer Service for an exchange.
After being approved for returning your un-opened product or mineral foundation, it must be returned to Sappho Cosmetics at 20049 SW, 112 Ave Tualatin, Or 97062 within ten (10) days.
To return your order, please follow these steps
• Request an RMA form – Contact our shipping department as ask for authorization to return the product. Please email exchange@sapphocosmetics.com and you will be sent a “Return Merchandise Authorization” form.
• Submit Completed RMA form. – Complete the RMA form and submit it to our shipping department where your request will be reviewed.
• Authorization for the return – If your Return is deemed valid as set forth in the policy, we will return your form with an assigned RMA number.
• Return the Product – Ship the product (within 10 days of the issuance of RMA number) to our shipping department following the shipping instructions provided.

All goods must be received in their original package. For Hygiene reasons, under no circumstance can we accept exchanges on products that have been opened or tampered with.
Upon receipt of a returned product in its original condition and following inspection, we will work quickly to get the right product to you. Please allow up to 30 days for processing of returns. When an exchange is approved we will e-mail a confirmation. We suggest that the packaging that you received you order in be used for return of products and a shipping company that can track packages be used.
With your exchange please include a copy of the original paperwork. If for any reason we feel that a good has been used or tampered with, an exchange will not be issued. Exchanges at all times and without limitation are at the discretion of sapphocosmetics.com
